Not getting rewards and cant play madden academy

Hi guys. 1. i cant play madden academy. Every time i run it, the game crash and cant progress with coaches and team captain. 2. Also i dont get overdrive points for playing and my overdrive meter doe...

I made a new account and everything seems fine. Daily goals can be completed, madden academy played with no problems and overdrive meter getting points. What we gonna do now ?

What they should do is take everything you've earned in the bad account and move it to the new account.
But this is EA we are talking about so I doubt they will even try.
