Hello, what could be the reason that the game exited during a match (event), and after that it doesn’t let me back in? It stops loading at 99%. I’m playing on an iPhone.

Same thing happened to me. It also happened to me a month ago. The best thing to do is just wait. I don't know how long it will be though.
This just happened to me I’ve been trying to do my goals and I can’t play arena it worked earlier not anymore I tryed everything
How? It just tells you to post here or routes you to more FAQs
Your game is stuck at 99% after exiting a match because it thinks the previous session is still active. Only EA support can reset it. Contact them to restore access.
