Not receiving proper fan boost - EA doing nothing but taking our money

I have a lvl 3 Fan Boost Card which should be giving me a 12% boost but in head to head I only receive 4%. EA is aware of the issue but have done nothing to fix it. I have spent a fair amount of money on this game but I have been told by EA that since not enough people are experiencing the issue that they are not working on a fix. They have received my last dime until they take responsibility and compensate me for all the money I have invested. I spend money on this game so I can earn rewards and bonuses, not get scammed out of my money.
