Not recieving auction players

Can anyone tell me what's going on???

We ran a maintenance yesterday evening in order to address this issue. 

Be sure to check your inbox for missing players / coins. If they're still not there please contact an advisor at http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

Because of the issues today affecting players, the Auction House TAX will temporarily be set to 0% starting today at 6am EST.

The first 2 days I lost coins on players that I bidded for maybe you can check my file to verify my truth in the matter I have not received anything for the coins lost for the first 2 days in my inbox

Yes we can EA BASICALLY RUINED MADDEN MOBILE IS WHAT IS GOING ON! Auction house doesn't work, live events crash and you win no rewards for the win but lose the stamina to play said event, constantly crashes and freezes, stamina use is increased to play live events, it's a 10 minute wait to build up 1 point of stamina to get you to pay money to buy madden cash so you can refill stamina to continue playing the game!
