Community ManagerThis issue has been brought to the attention of the relevant people. Hopefully I will be able to provide some kind of update or info on this today. Please stand by.
- Translation: "We will continue to give you hope but nothing will ever get fixed. We know how to use words like 'prioritize' and 'elevated' to make it sound like we are making this an important issue. Truth is, no one has any clue nor do we care enough to actually try to fix it especially because there are simple fixes that would allow people to play while we looked into it further. We just refuse to implement any of those. So all of you sheep, keep hanging on and hoping, but nothing will ever get done because we at EA just don't care. We know you'll buy our * anyway."
- Wow rain you are bitter...I have to say my game froze up on me once before. EA took 2-3 days and got the issue fixed...I also don't Facebook so a complete uninstall and reinstall won't be a fix for me..I'd lose my ovr103 team and over a million coins..so I'm definetly keeping my fingers crossed that it's a server side issue.
- Yes because I'm sick of the BS. I had an issue three months ago with lost rewards and packs because of their server issues and still no resolution. I've contacted them multiple times for updates, no one can give me one, they just keep saying it's been "elevated" and "prioritized." Means nothing. They have no desire to fix anything. That's why their servers continue to have issues all the time. That's why four days after this notification crash issue came up, it took two days before they finally admitted it was them and not the thousands complaining. Then they still won't institute a quick easy fix to allow this affected to play. It's horrendous customer service and a joke that they do stuff like this.
- Look, BARRY, I know you guys are working hard, but I. HAVE. HAD. IT. At this point, I'd take a screenshot of the screen, put it on a flag, and BURN IT. I give your guys 2 days.
