Most likely a server side issue. I have tried on 2 different devices (phone and ipad) and it doesn't work
Can play on guest account so either server side issue or FB login issue. But, since I can login in and then it stops, I'm going for server side issue.

According to EA Pitts there might be a work around with the help of an android- If you have an android or know someone who does, they can clear the message for you. Just make sure you play a H2H
