Nope. nothing related, that issue was about "something happened while playing the game" ,
When you said you restarted your WiFi, I assume you toggled it off and on.
Have you tried removing the WiFi network from your device you generally connect to and then re-added it?
Also, if you linked up with Facebook try going to the Facebook app and under Settings>Apps>Remove Madden Mobile and then try re-launching the game.

Done and done.... thx for your patience Blueberry its really weird ... im looking for a way to unlink from Google (same as you suggested for FB)

There isn't a way to disconnect the app from Google. Once you've assigned the game to your Google account it is linked to it. Going to Facebook and removing the device connection still doesn't un-link it from that Facebook account, just the connection between the device you were using to help troubleshoot syncing errors.
Are you able to login to guest mode and then change to Google/Facebook?- 4 years ago
Nope, i got exactly the same message trying to login as Guest / Facebook / Google.
I dont care about my "game progress" , i could make another acocunt and begin from zero, for me is the same, i just want to play.
This is really weird.
