    Quick update.

    I haven't heard back from ea in weeks, my ticket it still open. After today's update, I was able to finally access my account again! I don't know if anyone actually fixed anything, or if the update just wiped out whatever caused my login issue. I'd try again if I were any of you with the same error, you may get lucky as well.

I have the same issue, except I haven't been told I'm SOL yet.  That will come in time though, as every time I contact them they tell me to wait longer for someone to reach out. I'm currently waiting for 7-10 business days. Apparently, every other time frame I was given was wrong.

You know what's messed up? I can't seem to find anyone anywhere who was actually able to be helped by EA's madden support team. It's horror stories left and right. It seems as if you get an issue that you can't fix by reinstalling or un-linking and re-linking your account, then you are absolutely toast.

It's a shame, because the game is fun. I will NOT create another account though. The stamina/time limited grind is real and I will not be donating anymore of it. I'd contemplate the idea if I actually knew what the issue is and how to avoid or fix it... I'm pretty sure they are just as stumped.

Yea I seen another person has the same problem it’s so messed up they can’t give us more info or a time frame on when they will fix it or even if there trying to fix it . We are missing many events and promos plus they made us waist our time and money esp on the game that we can’t even play now
