Yes bro, I made them aware of that very same issue awhile ago. I was using the spread Wilson captain at the time and I noticed that on some plays the progress bar would not register the points.
They told me to go into the film and add up the yards to make sure, which I tried to do and that's when I discovered that the film doesn't even show all the plays making it impossible to find out how many points you got credit for.
As a matter of fact, I went to add up my points on a match where I did get my captain bonus and the points added up to way less than what was required. Proving that all the plays don't show up in the film.
As far as I know that issue was just swept under the rug because when I mentioned that I never got another response.
Man, they are just rude. I even cant play madden academy and unlock captains and coaches. Cant get points for overdrive meter and not even complete daily goals. And when i adressed here on forum, @EA_David told me to send him a DM a now day after i did send him dm with uid nothing happens and he doesnt reply. I DONT WANT TO PLAY UNFAIRLY. I CANT CLAIM MY REWARDS FOR PLAYING. EA FIX MY ACCOUNT
