I've invested quite a bit into this game over the years.. Both time and money.
Over the course of the past couple weeks, the overdrive game mode would start to lag during a matchup abd the game would completely freeze at the very end just before scores are shown.
This was an on going thing that just got wise and sugar as time went on.
Tonight I can't even load into an overdrive match where the opponent has a one minnie had start because the game locks up and freezes.
Sometimes or just freezes completely to where i I ha to force close the app and start over.
Then upon reloading the game, it freezes on the loading wheel right after the splash screen for about 3-5 minutes.
Once in the game, I can do events. I can do league drives. Everything operates normally, except for overdrive.
So start up and overdrive are both broken.
I have a galaxy note 8. There are zero issues with all other apps. This is the only one that's affected.
If I've done all the basic trouble shooting. Uninstall, clear cache, clear data, reinstall, power cycled the device.. Even factory reset it. Nothing is different.
I even tried the game on my wife's phone (galaxy s7) and my mother's iPhone ... Same issues
What gives?

Do you see any improvement in performance if you lower the graphics in-game by going to Settings>Preferences and turn it down to low and gradually increase the graphics after a 30 minutes or an hour of play to see if it crashes at a certain setting?
Are all the devices you tested this on under the same network? If you haven't rebooted your local network (unplug the modem/router) and/or connected to a different WiFi channel that can help improve connectivity to the servers for game modes like Overdrive.

And yes every game mode operates as it should. The graphics settings remains on the lowest since last August when it was recommended (even though my note 8 handles every other app like a champ).
Yes, I've had no Wi-Fi issues, also used wireless 4g/LTE as connections..
Community ManagerWhen the game crashes do you have other apps running in the background? That can slow down performance and result in apps no responding. How much free space do you have on your device?

I have the same issue with the game freezing after every OD match. No connection issues and on lowest settings since start if season. This only started happening about 2 or 3 weeks ago I believe after one of your last updates. Game works fine in every other aspect just freezes after every OD match to where I have to force close to get rewards. Super irratating and frustrating to the point I dont even wanna play the game no more. Hopefully some one in the dev team knows about this and is looking for a fix.
