If this is happening on your main accounts but does not happen on a fresh created account or guest account, please contact our Live-Support team and advise then you want to transfer your progress over to a new account. You'll want to make sure you create a new Madden Overdrive account under a different Google/Facebook account. They'll gladly assist in doing what they can to get the progress on the new account as close to the one you currently have.
@EA_Blueberry This is not correct.
I spent a good two hours on the phone with one of those specialists. The best they offered me was 6 All-Madden Packs, and only 10 of my current players.
That's it.
So practically not even a third of what I currently have.
There's gotta be a better way. I have put too much money a lot of sweat and even more tears into this account to trust EA to make sure that I get everything back
Most of those guys can't even properly speak my language and none of them I have ever talked to knows this game at all. They are just a generic customer service subcontractor.
My game keeps freezing up at the end of every Overdrive and blitz tournament games it started out about a week ago just with it freezing here and there if an opponent disconnects then it just became EVERY Overdrive and blitz tournament game

From what we are able to see from your interaction with our specialist they will need you to contact them back if you would like to proceed with the solution they offered for your account.
These are just over the last couple days. Same exact problems as me and @thegatorfan122 .

But as you saw.. @EA_Blueberry said I'm s.o.l. Because they made me that offer and aren't going to bother using my issues as an investigative factor in it all
Believe you me man.... I hope I'm wrong too.. But it's been months now.
