Parent approval not sending.
My son is trying to purchase the tomorrow’s superstars sideline pass. He gets the attached message but I don’t get the approval message. We have tried waiting since 2-22 it has not reset, deleted and installed the app, we have signed out of our Madden and apple accounts and still get the message. He was able to request and I approved a purchase today, tried this one again and still the same issue. How can this be resolved.

This is really strange! As much as I'd like to help you directly with this, our forum staff is unable to make any account changes. What I recommend doing is reaching out to our EA Help team on Twitter or Live-Support team at Help.EA.com so one of our Advisors can take a look at both of your linked accounts.
If you linked both accounts to Facebook in the past (this can be seen under your settings menu in Madden Mobile), I'd try un-linking it and re-connect it. You won't lose any progress. Go to your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps remove Madden Mobile there. Re-launch Madden Mobile.
