Community Manager@11ary2mbf6vs To receive the 100 OVR you needed to play the event that day when the event was active.
I did not receive any of the Tillmans despite logging in and working towards each goal but nary a Tillman, not even when I hit one million. I contacted EA Help and they emailed back saying, in short, that this is a known issue and that they are working on a "possible workaround". The email they sent made it clear that many players are having this issue and that they would try to fix it but no guarantee was offered and this seems unfair.
If I may be so bold, perhaps the correct resolution would be to award at least the 100 OVR Tillman to every player who met the one million point requirement. I played the heck out of Moments, earning a total of four Moments players plus the 100 OVR HB bonus player and I earned at least one million points if not more toward the community challenge and would super-appreciate it if I received at least the 100 OVR Tillman.
Most of the other player's in my league were awarded only the 100 OVR Tillman despite logging in every day and contributing toward the goals. Bottom line, PLEASE ensure that every player who earned one million points in the Moments Community Challenge receive at least the 100 OVR Tillman of not all three, including myself because I feel sad and upset that I and others have been cut out of the 100 OVR Tillman we all worked so hard to earn.
