ports and ip addresses to unblock

Hello,

So I'm here at my college and at the college we are required a strict firewall at the school. Well this blocks some of madden mobile where I get the error Resource Download Error. This is caused because of the strict firewall. Well I work in the IT department at my school and the network admin will unblock games if he can get the ports and ip addresses to open up on the router. If anyone knows this or where to go so I can get some information I can pass along to them. Please let me know.
