    After maintenance today i logged back in to find my issue has been resolved thanks for your help Barry

I have had the same problem it started on 12/23/17 I have tried everything you have said and can’t get the problem to go away.I spend money on packs all the time I would think you want to fix this fast at least 3 people in my League are having the same issue or not getting the proper items from the packs.I can’t buy cash or packs at all please fix this thanks

So EA did expedite to a specialist who got back to me three days later in an email that said when i opened up the game the next time my elf blitz pack would be there. 

So when i opened up the game a blitz pack was waiting and when i opened it i received only 2 snow ball and the annoying popup "PURCHASE FAILED" still appears......It was supposed to be two ultimate freeze elite players and 500 madden cash.

The email said not to worry and reply back to the email if I had any issues regarding the case.  I did and I've been waiting over a day now for a response to that.  Good to know other people are having the same issue,  the first two customer services agents basically told me i got what i ordered.  I most certainly did not and now the game is a pain.
