Chase, please let me share that, we have been reported by number of players experiencing the same problem. Our development team is already aware of this issue and they are still investigating the cause of the issues. They are working to address it as soon as humanly possible, but I don't have an estimated time of resolution right now. Please give us a little more time to get it resolved, and try again later.

Having the same problem. I'm guessing it has something to do with the iOS update pushed yesterday.
On a side note, I'm surprised that EA is paying little attention to this problem. Considering that a) this is week 2 of the playoffs; and b) the Playoff Packs were just posted in the store (and expire Friday), this 48hr window provides huge profit-making potential. To have this service down during this time (and particularly, for so long), EA is certainly losing big bucks (no pun intended).
