I have experienced both of these issues as well.
The QB spontaneously throws the ball to the receiver on the left without the user tapping the screen. Even when you deliberately avoid tapping the screen and do not try to control the QB dropping back, the QB chucks it to the left which is almost always incomplete or intercepted. Seems to not happen on PA passes, but does occur with any pass play. For a while I thought it was only long passes, with WR streak routes, but it is happening more frequently and on all non-PA pass plays. It does not matter which QB you have in your lineup. It is impossible to win matches against higher level competition. Very frustrating!!! Help EA, Help!!!!!

The problem with Events not resetting on the specified days seems to be getting better. TOTW and RS reset correctly this past Friday and today, respectively.

Yeah, I haven't had the issue with RS. TOTW reset correctly for me last Friday, but not Tuesday. And Legends has yet to reset, I only the lone blitz event 🙁

Thank you for the posts. We are aware of the throw issue and it's being looked into.
As for the stuck events, can you take a pic of your current TotW events? Have the 24/7 events been updating as they should (I choose these ones as they're quite quick to refresh)- Approved
I haven't had any issues with the 24/7 events. One of the screen shots is from before the reset and the other is after. This is actually the first time it looked like that. Usually I still see all of the previous events, but for some reason I only see the blitz event.

Interesting, on my side I see fresh weekly (168h timer) challenges.
Do you happen to have another device you can install the game to, to see if the issue exists on another device?
Another option would be to try a reinstall of the app.
