Questions about safely transferring MM17 progress

I'd like to use my Android phone instead of my iPhone so is it possible to safely transfer MM17 progress from GameCenter to Google Play?? If not, then can I safely transfer MM17 progress from GameCe...

    Currently, cross platform transfer (Android to iOS or vice versa) is not supported.
