You'll need a rare or EPIC OG, I'd check your roster/items to see if you have one and level it to 25. If you don't, one needs to be acquired by either packs as rewards from events in game, trades, or the store.

    Completed the event and it still shows incomplete, therefore, it won’t let me go further to progress my team.

    I've closed the app but I haven't like logged off and signed back in or something. Note: the player that is "higher" than that epic OG is another rare OG capped at level15.

    I know that. That's what I've been trying to say. I can't level them up until I finish that stage because of the level cap on them both. Here is the pic I sent before of the cap message Hernandez receives when I try to level him. Incognito gets the same message too. This is what I've been trying to explain: I literally can't go further.

    You need to acquire a different OG that is capable of leveling up higher either from a more recent event or through the store. :\

    Do you happen to know of any specific ones? Because I saved up for that Epic one for a week or two.
