Re: Failed to initialize EA service(s) - madden mobile

Hi, everyone.

If you're experiencing this error and still can't get into the game, we recommend the following steps below:

  • Delete the app from your device  (if you play on guest mode and do not have your account linked to Google/Apple/Facebook, your progress will be lost)
  • Check your device to see if there are any software updates
  • Clear the cache on the app under your app settings
  • Force Stop the app
  • Restart your device
  • Toggle WiFi off and back on and/or remove your WiFi network you connect to and re-add it
  • Clear up space on your device
  • Log out of the account on your device and log back in

If looks like there were a rush of reports but they've seemed to disappear since this post was created. Please notify us of the type of device you play on if these steps do not help.

    When I launch the game it will not load also getting the unknown error message. I believe it has something to do with my router. If I use cellular data the game will work. If I’m connected to Wi-Fi I cannot play the game on my iPad iPhone,nor any device. I am able to play with Wi-Fi at my friends house. Other EA games like fifa will work with my WiFi, but for some reason this game does not.
