Re: Having trouble connecting to server

@7spyhunt81

What type of phone do you have and where does it crash on you in game? Is it at the same spot or mode or just completely random?

Do you have a lot of memory available on your device?

    I have an iPhone 11, my provider is T-Mobile, internet is from at@t. It crashes randomly every 2 minutes. It could be during a match, opening card packs, chatting with my league. My account is linked through Facebook. I tried playing as a guest and it did the same thing.

    Do you have any pending software updates for your iPhone 11 and did you do anything specific to your iPhone just before this started happening, such as account changes or download any new apps?

    It's possible to un-link from Facebook by going to your Facebook and select Settings>Apps to remove Madden Mobile from it. After doing that, try signing back into FB in Madden Mobile.

    What software version is your iOS on the device? Do you have beta profile enabled?

    The easiest way to remove the public beta is to delete the beta profile, then wait for the next software update. Here's what to do:

    1. Go to Settings > General, and tap Profiles & Device Management.
    2. Tap the iOS Beta Software Profile.
    3. Tap Remove Profile, then restart your device.

    The download resource error can usually be fixed by reinstalling the game and clearing the cache. Do you have plenty of memory available on your device?

    My shift is about to end and I want to make sure you're taken care of. We can troubleshoot this next week but if you want to continue getting help around this I advise contacting our Support at our Help site or on Twitter via the options below. I'm sorry the steps we tried didn't work out. Be sure to let Support know what we've tried or link them this post so they don't have to repeat the same steps to you.

    Due to current work conditions our phone support has been temporarily disabled. Live-Chat and Email are currently available.

  • Well now to add to my problem I can no longer accept a payout for team members friends and family buying matching uniforms on season mode because it glitches and says there was a connection problem

  • Nope and I really don't want to have to restart the season that would suck just made it to the playoffs 😒

    I’ve already tried ea help on Twitter. No one responded. I’ve tried every method possible. WIFI seems to work for a little while, but when I change to my data it crashes faster.  I already changed my SIM card to see if that was the problem and everything other method you have told me so far.  Still getting cannot connect to server, or network resources error.

    @Buddha__Man1000

    As long as you have your account synced up to Google or Apple it will save your progress. You can safely reinstall the game without losing any progress.

    @7spyhunt81

    Have you tried switching to a different WiFi channel if it's available? I have 2.4GHZ and 5.0GHZ on my router. I was receiving errors on my device until I switched and it's been as smooth as butter since then.

    I recommend contacting our Live-Support team at our Help site so they can take a look at your account if that last step doesn't work for you. It's upsetting to hear it still hasn't been fixed for you after all these steps. I apologize if it's been a frustrating experience getting the game to work from your end.

    I don’t have the option of switching to 2g to 5g on my router.

    I’ve already sent my case to your support team and I I either get no response or they tell me something I had already done. In the very beginning they told me it was something on their end, but I haven’t seen any solution that fixes my problem.  Apple and T mobile have done everything in there power to check it was nothing on their end. This is frustrating. I spent a lot of money into this game and for it not to function right is wrong.
