OVR Glitch in Gridiron Journey

Trying to play grid iron journey game for Tyreek Hill. Says I need an OVR of 3417, and my OVR is 3424. But when I try to play it, it says that I’m only at 3398, because it will not allow my iconic dual Carter/Watt card to be played at the LB position. Tried editing my lineup in the game, but the Carter/Watt player card doesn’t even show up as being in my inventory. Is this a glitch?

I am using Apple iPad iOS and today’s date is September 13.
