Try going in-game on Madden NFL 21 for your console and at the menu go to your settings to visit EA account. Check the email address assigned to your EA account and see if that is the email you have assigned under your Madden NFL 21 Mobile account.

If not, you'll need to un-link the Madden NFL 21 Mobile account and re-link it with the correct email. Directions on how to do that can be found near the bottom of this article here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/madden/madden-nfl-21-mobile/madden-nfl-21-mobile-info/

It's possible to have a different email address for your EA account and Xbox/PlayStation accounts, so it's common to see players mixing up email addresses when they're linking up devices like this. That's what my gut is telling me based off what you're describing. If it still doesn't transfer over after un-linking, please reach our Support team so they can pull up your account(s) to get this all squared away for you.

    I’m having the same problem. My credits & level progression transferred over, email address linked is correct, but Avatar customization & Gear did not. EA Help had no resolution. Anyone able to assist?!!

    This method / nothing works, I can’t even unlink my mobile account, and everytime I try speaking to customer service y’all tell me the same thing and send the same link after I have explained plenty of time What the issue is. Xbox account and mobile account both have same emails, I never received THE FINAL EMAIL to link the accounts, I don’t understand why you can’t unlink our mobile accounts from your side so we can try over and make sure we get that email at the end of the process, I spent too much money on this game to not get At least the link of the accounts, everyone I speak to is in a rush or repeats the same thing over and over as if they don’t play the game/app or ever opened the app to understand that there is no “unlink” button for EA email. I want to enjoy my game THE YARD the way it was meant to be.

    @koreperc30 What we are asking for is real simple, but they have a bunch of uneducated people that are just sending the same link instead of reading and understanding us, I hope they fix this situation or this is the last EA game I ever purchased or download. I’m still waiting on my Lamar power up card I never received for preordering/buying the MVP edition and I let that go since it’s just 5k in the auction house but the fact that my accounts aren’t linked because of the issues that e.a has of not sending out any emails at all after most confirmations is ridiculous.

    @EA_Blueberry Stop acting like this solution works and fix our problem, some of us are stuck with this game we bought for the yard and we can’t even link it, I haven’t touched my games for weeks just because I can’t transfer some of the things we earn. Want to help us out? Read our problem especially the one where it says “BOTH ACCOUNTS ARE LINKED, AND CANT BE UNLINKED, SOME OF US HAVENT RECIEVED THE FINAL EMAIL” you guys keep sending the same link with the same thing y’all write on text (y’all copy and paste) I recommend your company to have y’all employees actually play on both the app and also game so y’all can know what to tell us when we need help instead of giving us the same fake solution that we repeatedly tell y’all is not working.

    Hey, @jasnerj 

    Can you provide me the case number from our Help site when you contacted our Support to fix this? I've been at EA for years now and every year this is one of the most common issues (players having 2 different emails by accident). Sometimes there's a very small detail in the email that is overlooked, like a period or extra letter so the two emails appear identical.

    We are not aware of any issues with the data transferring from console/PC to mobile or vise-versa, we are 100% confident this is account-related in which our forum staff is not able to assist with because we can't make any account changes from our end, nor discuss account details on the forums to uphold strong account security.

    So if you go into Madden NFL 21 you can see what email address is linked to your account. It's under Settings. That's the crucial #1 step. Once you know the email address you can un-link the current EA account linked to the Madden NFL Mobile device via the steps in the article below. 

    If you are still having trouble with this, I'm sorry for the frustration, I get it. Account stuff is sometimes very annoying to troubleshoot and not fun at all. Our Support team is willing to work with you on this. Have you reached out to our EA Help team on Twitter? If not, I highly recommend that option if you had a poor experience through our Help site.

    You need to read your own article where it says YOU CAN'T UN-LINK YOUR EA ACCOUNT YOU CAN ONLY CREATE A GUEST ACCOUNT.
