Not sure, sorry I can't help much. But if you're on the forums I'm sure you've seen the latest post about the guy who apparently got three of them from a set. Which is probably not true. But just keep going and maybe you'll get one.

Obtaining pro status in head to head games does not mean you will receive this reward.

Madden Mobile Rewards is an invitation-only loyalty rewards program.

Players become MMR members after they meet certain criteria in-game or receive an exclusive invite from the Madden team.

MMR delivers weekly exclusive live events and rewards to MMR players.

Uninitiated players can gain access by receiving the MMR collectable and completing the MMR set or by becoming a social ‘game changer’ recognized by the community as a top-performing player.

Can you help me? I got to hall of fame which is the 10 million fans but I did not receive my mobile master collectible towards Odell. Can you explain this?
