@steveglaz What version of is your Samsung device on and does it work if you log into a different device?

Does your Samsung device need a software update?

    @EA_Blueberry My phone is Samsung s20. Every software is updated.

    I tried to play with my ipad and with bluestack emulator but nothing changed.

    @steveglaz Longshot but do you remember what you were doing just prior to this happening that you feel might have triggered it? Did you make any account changes?

    I recommend contacting our Support team via the in-game settings so they can take a look at the account or get this sent up to the Madden studio as it may need to be an issue fixed on the account itself. We want to make sure you can progress through the Masters Series to take advantage of the rewards.

    I really don't remember what i was doing before, unfortunately. I have already asked help to the Support team. They told me to post here. There's no way out....

    I also have an issue with progressing through the Ramsey series. I'm stuck on the last part, I have the 75 OVR Defense feat claimed and I unlocked the key event as well and completed and I still can't get Ramsey unlocked.

    Tried reinstalling, did not work. I also play on a chromebook duet in addition the Samsung S8.

    @bobz99by For you, make sure that you are tapping on the picture of Jalen Ramsey to gain access to the final event. Sometimes it doesn't pop up right away, but if you tap around on the picture it should show you the final event to unlock the chest below.
