Red zones arent showing up on the field
in any event, making events impossible to complete! have deleted and re-downloaded app multiple times...still the same problem...

Me and my wife are having same problems on our LG K30. The red mines dont show up, the zones you run through and pass into do not show up, first down line doesn't show up anymore, the play art doesn't show up anymore. Some drills are so ridiculously laggy and delayed that they are almost impossible to complete, for example the gauntlet and follow your blockers.
I just paid $29.99 for season pass and had the hardest time completing the gauntlet and follow the blockers in the power rankings, I'm worried im gonna have to pass or run into the zones and not be able to beat them and then i would not be able to finish the power rankings.
I'd like to add that the game worked perfectly until the update on February 17th i believe it was which introduced the underground world tour which is also super laggy and delayed, and in my opinion is a waste of time.
I hope it gets fixed because if not i just may stop playing and i do spend money on this game. I just want it to work right again or i may find another game to spend my hard earned money on.
All of your concerns r correct! EA tech still just sends me possible solutions, everything I already tried! Find a new game!
Android...LG Aristo 4...it worked fine until the update a week or so ago...tried reinstalling multiple times...sucks...preventing me from progression...

When I'm comparing the specs of the LG Aristo 4 to the Samsung Galaxy S5 (minimum system requirements) the CPU for your device falls below the system requirements. :\

EA doesn't care. It has nothing to do with the "specs". Y'all are too lazy to find and fix the issues created by EA and its rogue update

The attached picture is from the "road less taken" activity. I have used this phone for a long time. The issue started 2 updates ago.
These problems are still going in the easter challenge season mode etc.. Everything was fine in till a couple updates back no graphic bar even without things was ok now they have worsted no matter what device(i try 2)its gotta be a funky bug dancing around🤔😒
Im having the same issue and no i don't have a GRAPHIC preference bar but.ihave spend $40 in the store to see if i can get around it nope,not,nawl,NOOOOO please help your loyal player for 5yrs +😡😡
