Tired of spending without fair experience from ea
Hi, it’s really not as simple as just getting the points back, I’ve been a loyal user of EA products for over 35 years, I’m not a kid, I’m actually a 50-year-old person that still enjoys video games, and if you look at my profile, you will see that I spend a lot of money to do so. Probably too much. But that’s my problem, lol this is the second ticket I’ve created for the same issue and I’m just not feeling like I’m being heard when I just keep getting the guidelines slapped in my face each time a new person looks at my ticket and submits the same routine answer. At the time of the transaction I was looking, only looking at how many training points I needed to finish the goals for the prior STT reward. Yes, it was my fault, I exchanged them in advertently, and then saw that I could do nothing with it now even if that can’t be reversed there always that someone there can make this somewhat less painful on my end, and give something in a way of a compensation to show a little bit of, hey, we appreciate your money and dedication, and here’s something to ease the situation. Instead, I keep getting the same answers, prolonged, as if I’m a teenager being scolded by her parents, lol. Please understand why I am even taking this to this level, and prove to me that there are still human beings behind these interactive companies, that care about people that use their products thank you.
