Resource download error Madden Mobile - no internet connection

Can anyone tell me how to get in contact with support for madden mobile... I can't see it on the list of games when contacting support. Downloaded app on my iPad was working fine for the last 2 weeks...

Thats the same with me its happening now !!!! I cant fix it and i have good internet on my phone ( im not using wifi)

Happened to me today. I've been on the phone with Tech support for 2 1/2 hrs, no resolve.

    iPod touch 5th generation, Madden version 2.9.5 (latest update). Only just started getting it today ☹️

    I have my account connected t Google. I would delete the app, but I'm afraid of losing my data.
