Resource download error Madden Mobile - no internet connection

Can anyone tell me how to get in contact with support for madden mobile... I can't see it on the list of games when contacting support.
Downloaded app on my iPad was working fine for the last 2 weeks but has now stopped and it keeps stating I have no internet connection??
By the way I have internet connection through home wifi as I am on the iPad now!!

On with tech support... Fingers crossed... Has anyone else received the same message/ got same issue?

Experiencing the same issue. I had this game on my phone in the past and after redownloading it (signing in with facebook), this error message keeps coming up.
Any help would be appreciated.
A little discouraged after reading all who have not seen help resolving.

Hey, this problem has been going on for 4 years straight and EA still hasnt fixed it SMH. I just want to play Madden on my phone.WHy can i do that with ou this network problemm. I am connected to the internet. ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHIN???
