I know the team is definitely away of #1, #3, and #4. I'll pass along your thread to them regarding the others. For connectivity the servers should be up. Have you tried restarting your device, checking for updates, or even re-installed the app?
Toggling WiFi off and back on can help with connectivity issues too.
@EA_Blueberry I have not been able to watch ads this whole season. This is a massive disadvantage in programs. I posted a thread "no ads" 4 weeks ago and got no answer till this day. Detailing what I've tried.
In addition I experienced #1 and the issues regarding Master Series Training Camp.
When I contacted EAHelp on Twitter I had high hopes this forum could help and hoped for a similar level of costumer service.

Have they given up? The performance of this game has been so bad the last two weeks.I have four different teams on four different devices. Some are newer devices, some are older. Every team has had connection issues, gameplay issues...etc. Seems like the device/WiFi connection doesn’t matter. It has effectively troubled all of them the same. It’s clearly coming from the server.
Is this the end EA? Is this game soon to be no longer? It’s hard to believe that the programmers would let things go so terribly for so long.
@EA_Blueberry is that really you? Or is someone else using your name?
Are you guys really going to let all of us down like this? Quite a few of us play this game every day loyalty and have for many years. This would be a sad way to end it.

Having lots of the same issues. Especially the punt return MS event. Also since the update that put the decimals in the team overall the game is getting an "unknown error" every couple of minutes. I'm still surprised anyone pays anything for this game with how poor the quality had been this year.

I can imagine that's annoying, @drtydozen13. Have you tried checking the device for updates, restarted your device, and re-installed the app? We have some more quick steps in the links below pertaining to your device. Can you let me know if it's still doing it after going through those steps? If you're playing on WiFi, try power cycling your modem/router (unplug the power to it for 5 minutes). It can help re-strengthen the WiFi signal. Even removing the WiFi network from your device and re-adding them has helped others in the past. I also recommend toggling WiFi off and back on.
