Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I bid on two auctions now and have lost both. Problem is I never received my coins back. This is the 2nd time I have tried to notify you about this problem. I have lost over 140,000. I don't know the exact amount, but it's very discouraging when you save up the coins only to lose them all. Please help.

Hi, i had 79000 coins and I purchased a legend pack. I clicked purchase and it took all my coins , but it never gave me the players. Can I get my 79000 coins back or the pack i purchased? My email is [edit: email address removed] and I use my Facebook account to log into EA servers for Madden Mobile.
