Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I frequently lag in madden mobile, and that's no big deal as long as the server doesn't lag away my coins. I have lost 60k+ coins when bidding on an auction, losing that auction, and then not being able to get my bid back.

Can't they just add the coins to my account?

I've waited for a total of 150 min. to chat with costumer support and nothing has been solved.
