Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I bought out Cris Carter for 500,000 coins. The network started having issues again and I didn't get the player or my coins back. Your help chat line is an hour wait and freezes. Refund everyone their coins back or at least let us know what's going on. You're making a lot of people angry.

    Yup I lost 750,000 coins and never got the player...
