I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I've had several problems, all related to the marketplace:
1) I was outbid on an auction for CB Powers, and I did not receive the card or my money back. I was out 160k! Same thing happened with another player (forget name) worth around 65k.
2) I *think* I won three different auctions, and lost my money and received no cards. Timer wound down into negative numbers past 1 minute but no refresh telling me I won or lost. My bids were around 30k for each one.
3) I won several auctions at discounted prices, then turned around and flipped them on the marketplace for a profit. While they were up on auction, I went back to check on them later, and they were gone! No auction win confirmed, just disappeared. 3 cards I was selling for around 50k each.
It took me numerous hours of playing and working the market to get that much money, and it is really disheartening to have it all lost! I see that EA recognizes the issue and is working to fix the problem. Anyone know if they will give refunds?
