Stamina Refills after Level 50

Don't know if this has been brought up before.  But it seems pretty unfair that you can't get beyond level 50 and you lose the stamina refill at the level-ups.  Seems there should be a "Stamina Refill" card that you get for when you keep passing XP increments, regardless if you can't level up, you should still be rewarded for playing the game.

Since it's basically impossible to win any of the live event players in the game or any other collectable player in the game by playing live events, EA should at least be willing to give out a stamina refill card to experienced players.
