Team Player V Goal Not Giving Reward

I have ranked up my team about 80 times now and it still will not go to 100/100 and give me the reward

I'm having the same issue. Mine is stuck on 98 of 100 and has been for awhile. That award, 250 event stamina, has been greatly wanted a time or two by me, and no amount of training has worked.
