I have checked the auction house a few times over the past week. For some reason, I have never seen an 89 for under 132k. Most people would know that elites aren’t worth that much. I have tried posting elites for much less than that, and I’m sure others have as well. Why then, are those not being put on the market and sold. It sure looks like the minimum price for an 89 is 132k. If that has something to do with a limit that EA put on the auction house, could they please remove it. 89s are worth under 20k, so why can’t we sell them that cheap. There is no explanation for why diamonds go for so much cheaper than 89s. There seems to be no control over diamonds, but elites have incredibly high floors. Please lower that. Since there is no exchange set for 87+s that give back coins, make it so that we can sell them. I’m tired of having all these elites stuck on my bench that I can’t sell. I would also like to add that a higher coin exchange set would be nice. Right now we have one for 82-86, one from 85-89 would be nice.
As I stated in an earlier post I have noticed recently that while the AH is still posting masses of elites at high prices, they have lowered the average price from like 120k tokens down to around 45k tokens. During the last seven weeks I have sold just two elites, one ToTD for 16k and another for like 32k tokens. At the same time I have had 89 elites for sale for just 250 tokens for weeks now with not one sale. So basically it is business as usual, just with lower prices. Still, no real player is going to pay 40k tokens or more for an elite. I tried selling a bunch of Totd at less than the asking price and like I said, I sold only two, both at prices which were higher IMO than the players were worth. But all my reasonably priced players went totally unsold. It's ridiculous. The AH bot is still posting masses of elites at inflated prices to make players think they can get that much for an elite and not buying elites posted for great prices. So nothing has changed except that instead of asking for 140k for an elite they are now asking 40k. Sigh.
Have noticed that over the course of a day the AH again raised the mean asking price for elites to well over 100k. I have had an 89 OVR Dee Ford DE for sale for just 100 tokens while every other Dee Ford 89 is like 130k+ for some time now, no sale. What the heck is up with the AH, EA? Please, someone reply so I don't have to start a new post.
