There is no response on my case

I was banned without any reason but I hadn’t done anything forbidden.
I don't know if I got 14 or 15 wins on this tournament week because I have received message about permanent ban after the game.

I donated money in my account, created a league. And I can't inform league players about this issue.
Game’s notifications are being sent to me.
