When I saw they took stamina out of the game and events were going to be free, I knew there had to be a catch. And there is, I mean, it's ea so of course there's a catch. The catch is, you don't get to play whenever you want to like past seasons and in order to play again, you have to have blitz tokens, which of course, you can only buy and not wait for it to regenerate like you could with stamina and that's not the worst part. Are you ready for this? It cost more blitz tokens each and every single time you play after your first time for free and it cost more each time, starting at 50, after the free play then 75 so on and so forth and to add insult to injury, THE REWARDS STAY EXACTLY THE SAME. Just so you read that right. It'll be nice if ea would instead of finding ways to beat and hinder us, put that same brainstorming effort and energy into making this a more enjoyable experience. I get that the game shouldn't be too easy, I wouldn't like that anyway, it'll get boring quick, but c'mon ea.
