I feel your pain and have a couple of decades on you! Lol
This Forum used to be used to problem solve (outside of the actual game) and with assigned “managers” you could communicate regularly with.
Then they reorganized, kept the Forum still open but strongly suggested you go to varying Apps like Reddit, X or Discord.
You and I are the exception as their general target demographic is younger. They get scammed too so that’s probably why the rote answers. Wish I could help you but It’s just part of the game and since they don’t reciprocate I just stop spending on the game. You’ll be happier if you do too because then you lose nothing!
