Anyone trying to claim Brian Cushing, even if you had top 5% before stat reset, won't get him. I just received this from EA, basically claiming that I didn't have the stats to finish top 5% (even though I had 149 pts, and the couple of unaffected players in my league were top 2% with 80-something pts Sunday night. This is EA's reply to me:

| Hello , | | | | | | | | | | | | | Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is Bill and we had the pleasure of addressing your case. I see here we are working on a top % reward for the weekend league.
I understand that you got your tier rewards just fine but are looking for the bonus leader board rewards for being in the top 1%-5%. I do know there was an issue where the leader boards quit tracking and appear to have reset when players were viewing these. I also understand that when you last checked before this issue occurred you were in that top %.
As a Madden Mobile player and a Texans fan to boot I understand the desire for this player. Brian Cushing would have been great to have on my team but I as well did not get into that top position. The trouble is that once the issue occurred you were not able to maintain a watch on those leader boards. This means if you slipped out of the top % you had no way of tracking this.
Our studio pulled the information and manually sent out all of the rewards to those who finished in the top percentage and the issue has been closed. While your scores are impressive and getting the 15 wins and finishing with 149 points did put you in those top tiers hours before the event was over that did leave a lot of time for players to push past and earn more points.
This I know isn't really something you could control. As this was fixed by the our studio and the rewards were checked and handed out 83 Brian Cushing cannot be credited to your account. This again was checked by our investigators and found to not be high enough for the rewards.
We can still provide you the pro pack offered by Himachal but that's as far as we can compensate the account for the difficulty you experienced. Please let us know if you want us to apply this to the account.
I hope this information helps in understanding the position of your case. Don't forget to visit our help sites for self service answers at help.ea.com and answers.ea.com. | |
