The tournament was reset, so I was dropped to- the 106th percentile. Which, doesn't exist in common sense terms. I was at 4%, and then it got reset with the server crashing. Is this going to be fixed?

I did not receive 2 rewards in madden mobile 17. I did not receive my top 10% reward for the last head to head season which includes 500 madden cash, 5000xp and an elite coach and I did also did not receive the 83 overall Brian Cushing from the yard sale tournament. my tournament overall score is still reset as well. can someone please help because I have been back and forth with representatives who say they can do nothing about it and keep sending me to forums to post. thankyou

case 34866576. I received the same terrible response. 18 wins ans no cushing. It is not as though there is a physical limit to the number of cards available, its nonsense.

I have three accounts. On two of them, I did not receive my rewards for finishing in the top 1%. I have contacted the EA helpline with this information and they said they can't help and I should post hear. However, EA's response here is to contact the EA helpline. You are sending me in circles. Please give me the rewards I earned.

Summarize your bug i never received the free elite coach and 500 madden cash for finishing in the top 10% of head to head on mobile. plus 2 tournaments ago it erased my 122 points on the saturday night, so it took me out of the range for the free brian cushing😔

We are in the exact situation. I was told to post here, but I don't know what that will do. I was already told that EA had "fixed" the Cushing situation, but I still feel that I was robbed. Why am I responsible for spending my Cash (madden cash which costs like actual real life money just because EA erased some information during the tournament? At the time I was in the tier % required for Cushing. I know I definitely dropped, but on Muthead I'm seeing that some guys got more than 1 Cushing and some got him with way less points or wins than me. I feel like I am punished for not taking the risk due to EA's negligence of waiting a WHOLE WEEK to contact me, after I reached out to them via email and phone. Ridiculous. I really wanted and needed him for my team. Oh well, I'll wait and see what this does.

n order to fix this issue I would request you to perform the below listed trouble shooting:

- Make sure your device is up-to-date
- Make sure your app is up-to-date
- Restart the app
- Close background apps
- Powercycle your phone
- Clear your cache to check if you're synced properly
- Re-install app (Sync your EA Account to Facebook and Game Center to prevent game loss if you have to reinstall your game)
