Trade two Iconics in Headliners

There seems to be a bug where you can not do the Headliners Iconic Trades (I.e. Two 117 OVR Armsteads for a 122 OVR Armstead) if one of your players has been leveled up. Has anyone seen this and if so have you found a way around it?
