Yes, I followed that guide and did every applicable step.

I am not located in the United States but in Europe (Germany). 

I hope this doesn't cause that I don't get the ads? 

I’ve done everything EA recommends and still no luck with consistency.  I even attempted to send you another DM informing you of this and apparently the system believes I’ve sent my limit of DMs today … how many have I sent?  Zero.  Last DM I sent was on 14-December-2021 to you with the info you requested about device and description regarding this UF Daily Stamina widget.  So I’ll put it here.  I’ve had one redemption work between the 14th and today:

I dropped you a message early on December 14th before the daily refresh at 10:30am Eastern and the problem persists.  I’ve had one redemption work where I received a daily stamina quantity and all other attempts have resulted in the green check mark and no stamina.  Will we be getting these stamina fills in an in-game pop-up?

Good day, sir.  Thank you for sticking with EA and trying to keep us interested through all of the ebbs and flows.  I’ve have very little luck with the ad stamina in UF throughout this content drop. I think it’s worked two times.  We lease advise:

• Device type you play on:  iPhone 11
• Madden User ID:  —included in original message
• Description of what is happening:  tap claim and the green check appears, no ad plays, no stamina is rewarded.  I close the App entirely every morning after 10:30am and restart based on experience to allow content to refresh in case there or pop ups or special daily rewards that don’t always process without restarting. Then I begin my claiming and using various stamina.

Also thank the teams for the Arena change. It was weird to figure out initially but now I understand I have to have my squad unlocked and hit Best Lineup to fit into an OVR category.  It’s now based on skill and play selection as opposed to Power/OVR.  That’s legit.  Now if we can only get our receivers to jump for passes :/
