Ive been having an issue with my madden overdrive account that has been preventing me from receiving the free rewards that Madden grants daily with the Ultimate Freeze Promo. It will tell me that the transaction can't be completed. Looking for tips on how to solve this or receive compensation for the issue. Thanks!

Can I get which OS you're using (iOS or Android), your approximate region, and can I confirm your phone is set to English, or another language?
