I have the required ornaments to get the LT Freeze Master upgrade but it remains locked. Can you help get this issue resolved? Thank you

      I figured out how to do it. First you have to exchange the previous level of LT for a token. Then take it to the star on the tree and you will get the next version.

    Same thing is happening with my Cam Newton. I put in all this time for him and I can't get him. Please help!
