Ultimate legend items

How do you either purchase or recieve the ultimate legend collectibles. The store is only offering a topper of campus hero right now. But I see people selling the 81 player of Rob Gronkowski that just got up there today?

Ultimate Legend collectibles can be pulled from Pro packs, though the pull rate is pretty rare (I opened 1.5M in packs this morning and didn't pull one)
