Unable to link google & Facebook

I can only login as a guest to play. It is unable to link my google and Facebook. I've been chatting with ea help and they've not been able to resolve the issue. They forwarded me here to start an investigation

It sounds like the age you selected when given the option was below the threshold to use social features.

Mobile games

Our mobile games don’t have parental control settings, so some features might not be available for underage accounts.

Some EA mobile games are age-gated, meaning we ask for a date of birth, and child users play a version of the game which does not include social features.

The age can be re-selected when a new season of Madden NFL Mobile begins. Our Support staff are not able to change the age due to laws set by governments around the world.

Hey, @bhohmeier

I know there is an issue with a rare amount of Facebook users unable to login to their accounts, it's possible you could be part of that group.

Have you tried going to your Facebook app and removing Madden NFL Mobile from it to see if that has any effect?

Inside your Facebook app>Settings>Apps. Remove the game linked up. That won't delete progress, it un-syncs the game to whatever device you had assigned to it.

@bhohmeier Have you tried changing your password for your Facebook account, then signed out of Facebook on the app before logging into Madden NFL Mobile?

Do you happen to know what your User ID is that you can direct message me? I'll want to pass it along to the team if I can.

Outside of the regular troubleshooting you've done, this will require a deeper look as it sounds like your account has been impacted by that Facebook error some time back.

@bhohmeier The User ID would be a number in the top right corner when you go to Settings in-game. It will only show up there or if you were suspended/banned and it's displayed when the game opens up.

Ah, okay.
