Unable to open FA5 challenge

My game crashed while I was playing Free Agency 5 challenge in the season journey. When I reopened the app to resume the challenge, it gets stuck at 99% loading and never opens the challenge. I have already tried the following: cleared app cache, signed out and back into app, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app, logged in as guest. The issue is still there. Could you reset the status of that challenge for me so I can start it rather than resume? It is blocking the full journey for me.
