Hi Lanna, I already spoke with someone from Phone Support. The woman is claiming that I purchased a currency pack in the Madden App Store. My Apple Purchase History says, Madden Mobile 21 Mobile 41", not Madden Mobile Cash. That woman decided to hang up on me because I was getting upset. If this issue is not resolved, *snip*

Just so you know, Apple denied my refund request twice.

This is not an issue we are equipped to assist you with through the forums, it will require the support team to look into for you and assist however they can from there. If there's any confusion on either end as to the charge, reopen your case with the support team for another look.
